51, a resident of 1B Baytree Court, Durham, died Wednesday, Nov. 6 at Duke Medical Center. He was the son of Earl Hunt, Sr. and Doris Ann Hodges Hunt of Oxford.

He is survived by his wife, Kelly Glenn Hunt; two daughters, Shamya Thornton and Shania Royster both of Oxford; three brothers, Eric B. Hunt of Henderson, Ernie J. Hunt of Oxford and Ervin L. Hunt of Durham; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Nov. 10 at 2:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in New Hope Granville Baptist Church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 9 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
