52, a resident of 810 Raleigh Street, died Sunday, March 4 at Duke Hospice. He was the son of Gladys Mae Jones Hunt and the late Charles West Hunt. He was an employee of Lace Lactics.

He is survived by his mother, Gladys Mae Jones Hunt of the home; five sisters, Marlyn Carrington, Shirley Oakley, Donna Hunt, Burnette Hunt and Willie Hunt all of Oxford; four brothers, Charles Thomas Hunt, Ellis Toney Hunt, Alexander Hunt all of Oxford and Stanley Hunt of Roxboro.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 8 at 2:00 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Kenneth Hester. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors Wednesday, March 7 from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home.
