59, a resident of 909 Holloway Street, died Sunday, Jan. 10 at Hock Family Pavilion. He was the son of Virginia Carrington Mason and the late James E. Mason. He was a paint contractor.

He is survived by four daughters, Lashonda Mason of Cary, Erica Goodwin,Christian Wilkerson and Kayla Mason all of Durham; two sons, Dwight Jones and Terry Wilkerson both of Durham; his mother, Virginia Carrington Mason of Durham, one sister, Belinda Greene of Morrisville; one brother, James Carrington of Butner; and eleven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Jan. 16 at 1pm at Faith Assembly Christian Center, 3120 Fayetteville Road in Durham by Bishop R. Tiff McCarter. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to services at the church.
