84, a resident of 116 Leak Street, died Saturday, December 8 at his home. He was the son of the late Harold Williams and Mildred Buchanan Williams of Newport, Rhode Island. He was a retired supervisor of the former Burlington Industries.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Grace Allen Williams; two sons, Donald P. Williams, Jr. (Marlene) of Henderson and Mark Williams of Oxford; granddaughters, Alicia Williams of Henderson and Angela Williams of Raleigh; and a sister, Gloria Williams of Warren, Rhode Island.

A memorial service will be conducted Wednesday, December 12 at 3:00 P.M. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, US Highway 15 South.
