41, a resident of Vance County, died Saturday. He was the son of Dexter Brown, Sr. and Terresa Cheek Brown.

He is survived by his parents, Dexter Brown, Sr. and Teresa Cheek Brown, both of Henderson; two son, Jae'quon Jones of Warrenton and Xavier Debarry of Durham; three sisters, Kakeasha Richardson (Tommy) of Henderson, Tisha Brown of Washington, DC and Angel Brown of Raleigh; a brother, Tirrell Brown of Oxen Hill, MD; and one grandchild.

A graveside service will be conducted Friday, March 25 at 11am at Blacknall Cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Thursday, March 24 from 6pm-8pm at Wright Funeral Home. All services will observe Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more.
