61, a resident of 609 East Ave. in Henderson, died Tuesday, March 5 at Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg, VA. He was the son of the late Carlton Bullock and Mazelle Thorpe Bullock. He was the owner of Bullock & Son Trucking Company.

He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Thornton Bullock; two daughters, Janski Bradsher of Winston-Salem and Chaneka Thornton of Greensboro; a son, Carlton Bullock also of Greensboro; a sister, Janet B. Puryear of Durham; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 12 at 2:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home by Rev. Opie Terrell. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Park. A viewing is scheduled for Monday, March 11 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
