Dale Al Shabazz's Obituary
64, aka "Mario Chavis", transitioned Tuesday, Dec. 10 at his residence, 317 Piedmont Ave. He was the son of the late William Coleman and Ida Bell Chavis.
He is survived by three daughters, Sharon Pearl of Germany, Ida Victoria Shabazz of Dallas, NC and Aliyah Shabazz of Bowie, MD; a sister, Patrica Williams of Wilson, NC; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, January 20, 2025 at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Bishop James Allen.
