Charlie Moss, Jr.'s Obituary
83, a resident of 206 Lyon Street, died Sunday, July 3 at Veteran's Hospital in Durham. He was the son of the late Charlie Moss, Sr. and Mary Blacknell Moss. He was a retired Vocational Rehab Specialist and a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by a wife, Elaine Street Moss; a son, Darryl D. Moss (Michelle) of Creedmoor; two granddaughters, Mary of Winston-Salem and Rachel of New York; one sister, Katie Moss Cozart of Greensboro.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 6 at 12 Noon at Wright Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors Tuesday May 5 from 7-8 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society.
