67, a resident of 600 East C St., Apt. N1, died Sunday, Dec. 4 from injuries received in a hit and run accident. He was the son of the late George Simuel Harden and Lucy Moore Harden.

He is survived by two sons, Timothy Harden of Oxford and Randy Moody of Stem; three brothers, George McDonald Harden of Sicklerville, NJ, Russell Harden of Butner, and Wayne Harden of Durham; six sisters, Anne Wilkins of Stem, Patricia Westbrook of Apex, Christa Herndon, Mary Allen, Phyllis Estes and Delphine Albritton all of Butner.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Dec. 12 at 2:00 P.M. at Mount Vernon Baptist Church by Rev. J. Eric Morgan. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Gardens. A viewing is scheduled for Sunday, December 11 from 11:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
