69, a resident of 495 Dick Faines Road, died Friday, June 23 at Duke Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late James Davis and Maryliza Hargrove of Mecklenburg, VA.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis Scott; a daughter, Tarsher Scott of Henderson, three sons, Bryan Scott of Raleigh, Anthony Scott and Tony Scott both of Henderson; ten sister, Geneva Hargrove of Henderson, Lucille Watkins of Townsville, Rosa Ramsey of Philadelphia, PA, Christine Hargrove of New Jersey, Louise Williams of Greensboro, Katherine Davis of Middleburg, Dorothy Davis, Wendy Davis, Annette Davis and Anna Marie Davis all of Raleigh; three brothers, James Davis of Raleigh, William Davis and Jerry Davis both of Henderson; nine grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 29 at 2:00 P.M. at Antioch United Church of Christ by Rev. Kevin Langley. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 28 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
