93, a resident of 4705 Antioch Road, died Wednesday, Jan. 12 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Moses Lemay and Mary Cooper Lemay. She was a former employee of the former JFD Electronics.

She is survived by three daughters, Earnestine Fleming of Durham, Willie Mae Hobgood of Oxford, and Corinne Morton of Greensboro; a son, Edward Junior Hayes of Durham; two sisters, Evelyn Brewington of Trenton, NJ, and Mary Frances Alexander of Greensboro; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Graveside services (no viewing) will be conducted Monday, Jan. 17 at 2pm at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Rev, John Silver. Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more will be observed and services will be limited to fifty attendees. A private viewing for siblings, nieces and nephews only, will be held at 1pm and friends may view from 1:30pm-2pm.
