Capt. Joseph K. Petway, Jr., Md's Obituary
75, a resident of 501 Oxford Park BLVD., died Friday, Nov. 4 at Granville Medical Center. He was a native of Nashville, TN. He was a retired twenty-five year veteran of the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Alva Laverne Johnson Petway; a daughter Brandi Royale Petway of Durham, and a sister, Meredith Petway of Nashville, TN.
A service of remembrance for family and friends will be held Sunday, Nov. 13 at 1:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a date to be determined.
