38, a resident of 11553 Overleigh Drive, Woodbridge, VA, died Saturday, Sept. 18 at his home. He was the son of Gloria Kearney Wilkins of Oxford and the late Raymond N. Wilkins. He was a Communication Engineer with the Department of Homeland Security.

Other survivors include his wife, Alicia Chechele Wilkins; four children, Donovan Wilkins aand Kymani Gollegos both of Albuquerque, NM, Jayden Chechele and Rasjel Chechele both of Woodbridge, VA; two sisters, Michele Skipwith of Henderson and Tania Skinner of Germantown, MD.

Rev. James Isaac III will conduct a graveside service Friday, Sept. 24 at 2pm at Meadowview Memorial Park. A viewing will be held one hopur prior to services at the cemetery.
