75, a native of Creedmoor and a resident of 3003 Quail Run Drive, High Point, died Sunday, February 28 at Hospice of High Point. She was the daughter of the late Winnie Braswell. She was a retired employee of IBM.

She is survived by a step-daughter, Beverly Parker of Knightdale; a devoted caregiver, her daughter-in-law, Julia "Paula" Garrett of High Point; two grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 6 at 12:00 P.M. at New Light Missionary Baptist Church in Wake Forest (limited to forty people with face coverings and social distancing of six feet or more) by Rev. Cicero Williams. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Friday, March 5 from 4pm-6pm at Wright Funeral Home. Face coverings required and social distancing. No more than ten people in the room at any one time.
