90, a resident of 6552 Cornwall Road, died Monday, May 21 at E. E. Toney Rest Home. She was the daughter of the late James Thornton and Lydia Morris Thornton. She was a member of Huntsville Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Parham Jones, Jr. of Durham and Charles Jones of Oxford; two daughters, Linda Lee Hart of Oxford and Charlotte J. Wilson of Durham; two sisters, Hattie Pettiford and Estelle Thornton both of Oxford; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 25 at 2:00 P.M. at Huntsville Baptist Church by Rev. Gerald Latta. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive visitors Thursday, May 24 from 7-8 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home and at other times at 6566 Cornwall Road.
