Bessie Mae Glover's Obituary
93, a resident of 500 Prospect Avenue, died Friday, August 31 at Universal Health Care. She was the daughter of the late Eugene Hawley and Janie Chavis Hawley.
She is survived by two daughters, Pearlie G. William and Tonnette Clark-Saffore both of Chesterfield, Virgnia; three sons, James W. Glover of Oxford, Bennie Lee Glover and Carlton Glover both of Richmond, Virginia and Gill S. Glover of Sterling, Virginia; nine grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, September 5 at 1:00 P.M. at Mount Moriah AME Zion Church in Henderson, North Carolina by Reverend George L. Bullock. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Tuesday, September 4 from 11:00 until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
