68, a resident of 5519 Antioch Road, died Sunday, August 29 at her home. She was the daughter of the Leonard Praylor and Derethea Wilson Praylor of Pender County. She was a retired employee of Certainteed Corp.

She is survived by two daughters, Dee Dee Jones (Dalyron) and Brandy Hester (Rev. James) both of Oxford; and a sister, Mattilean Peebles of the home; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a nephew; and two special caregivers, Sarah Johnson and Mike Rogers.

A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, September 1 at 1pm at Meadowview Memorial Park by Rev. James Hester. A viewing is scheduled for Tuesday, August 31 from 4pm-6pm at Wright Funeral Home. All services will observe Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more.
