56, a resident of 7605 Sam Hall Road, died Sunday, April 5 at his home. He was the son of the late Aaron Chandler and Julia Morton Chandler. He was a former employee of Central Regional Hospital.

He is survived by his daughter, Juliette "Julie" Clemmons of Creedmoor; two sisters, Shirley Chandler, and Patricia Bass both of Oxford; and three grandchildren.

A graveside service (limited to fifty people) will be conducted Wednesday, April 8 at 1:00 P.M. at Meadowview Memorial Park. A private viewing (family members only) will be held Tuesday, April 7 at 10:00 A.M. at Wright Funeral Home. Remember to follow CDC guidelines: Hand-Washing and Social Distancing.
