69, a resident of 169 Old Allensville Road, died Monday, May 7 at Duke Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Earl Lester Blackwell and Lodema Graves Blackwell. She was a retired employee of the Environmental Protection Agency.

She is survived by a sister, Patricia Terry of Roxboro; and a niece and goddaughter, Shameka England of the home.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 11 at 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church of Roxboro by Rev. Kenneth Stokes.. Burial will be in Jones Chapel Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive visitors Thursday, May 10 from 7-8 P.M. at First Baptist Church. Barbara had requested no public viewing.
