Ayaba Hugbeke, 60, of Ardmore Drive in Stem, transitioned on August 18, 2026, at her residence. She was born in Logome, Togo on December 31, 1965 to Missihoun Hugbeke and Siblahoin Agbondjehome.

Ayaba is survived by her beloved children: Yawo Davui, Kodjovi Davui, Yahli Afi Davui, Donne Komla Mawuena Davui, Emilie Ayawavi Akpedje Davui; two siblings: Tchassi Houngbeke, and Yao Houngbeke, as well as many other relatives, and friends.

Services will be conducted at 3:30 pm, Sunday, August 23, 2026, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (3634 US Highway 15, Oxford, NC 27565). Burial will follow in Meadowview Memorial Park. Viewing will be from 4pm to 7pm, Saturday at Wright Funeral Home.
