68, a resident of 609 East 25th Street in Butner, died Sunday, Nov. 8 at his home. He was the son of the late George Green and Mattie Wortham Green.

He is survived by a wife, Barbara Scott Green; a son, Derik E. Green of Oxford; a daughter, Kimberly Green of Creedmoor; a brother, Aquilla "David" Campbell of Oxford; a sister, Sylvia Ames of Durham; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Nov. 12 at 2:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Green Family Cemetery. Viewing will be Wednesday, Nov. 11 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral home.
