74, a resident of 104 Jones Street, died Monday, October 2 at Brantwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the daughter of the late Deacon Joseph Taylor and Henrietta Green Taylor. She was a member of Penn Avenue Baptist Church and a retired Executive Administrator of Dunham Regional Hospital.

She is survived by two sons, Anthony Reed of Huntersville and Brian Reed of Oxford; two sisters, Commissioner Patricia Fields and Corine Norman both of Oxford; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 7 at 1pm at Penn Avenue Baptist Church by Rev. Sandy Smith. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors Friday, October 6 from 5pm-7pm at Wright Funeral Home. You are advised to observe Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more.
