Anetia Gwendolyn Winston, 69, of 2071 Winston Road, Creedmoor, transitioned on June 6, 2025 at her residence. She was born June 4, 1956 in Granville County to the parentage of the late Alice Estelle Lawrence Winston and John Junior Winston.

She is survived by her sister Portia Winston of the home; four brothers, Ellis Winston (Martha Winston) and John Winston both of Durham, NC, Donell Winston (Rosemary Winston) of Wake Forest, NC and Lawrence Winston of Stem, NC; a sister-in-law, Pauline Winston; nephews, Donell Winston II and Sergio Winston; niece, Christina Arroyo; great nieces, Dassani Arroyo and Azanno Arroyo. A vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 14 at 1pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Creedmoor by Brother Reuben Huntsman. A viewing is scheduled for Friday, June 13 from 4pm-6pm at Wright Funeral Home. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Park.
