80, a resident of 610 28th Street, Butner, died Monday, Nov. 8 at Granville health Systems. He was the son of the late Andrew Green, Sr. and Addie Bullock Green. He was a retired employee of Nortel.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Estes Green; a son, Dwight W. Green of Clayton; a daughter, Linda M. Green of Charlotte; and a god-child, Renetta Hawkins of Durham.

Rev. George Crews will conduct funeral services Friday, Nov. 12 at 12pm at Rock Spring Baptist Church, 3180 Bruce Garner Road, Creedmoor. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be in South Granville Memorial Gardens in Stem. Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more will be observed.
