66, a native of Granville County and a resident of Raleigh, died Thursday, October 19 at his home. He was the son of the late Earl Lee Yancey and Peggy Thompson. He was later adopted by the late Alfonzo Landis and Alice Helen Williams Landis. He was a brick mason by trade.

He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Landis with whom he lived in Raleigh.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, October 29 at 2pm at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Hardy Greene and Rev. Kenneth Hester. Burial will be in the Green Family cemetery.

The family will receive visitors Saturday, October 28 from 4pm-6pm at Wright Funeral Home. It is suggested that you observe Covid-19 protocols  (facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more) at all services.
