42, a resident of 410 Roxboro Road, died Wednesday at Duke regional Hospital. He was the son of the late Allen Mack Thomas and Helen Rose Wyche Thomas.

He is survived by his wife of twenty-four years, Davida White Thomas; a daughter, Debbye Bailey (AP) of Oxford and one grandchild, Armonie "Tink Tink" Bullock; six sisters, Joy Fields (Sam) of Oxford, Cassandra Harris (Marlowe), and Mary Harris both of North Carolina, Summer Smith and Tamara Washington both of New Jersey, and Dawn Archie of Georgia; four brothers, Keon White, Roosevelt Harris (Sophia), Bernard Harris (Kisha) all of North Carolina, and Kenneth White, Jr. of New Jersey; step-mother, Barbara Thomas of North Carolina; Uncles, John Wyche and Larry Thornton (Shelia) both of Oxford, and Phillip Wyche (Willie Mae) of Virginia; aunts, Eloise Thorpe and Clara Mae Thornton both of Oxford, Rosalee Harris of Raleigh and Ann Hart of Henderson; mother-in-law, Deborah Lee of Oxford; father-in-law, Kenneth White, Sr. of New Jersey; and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.

A graveside service will be conducted Monday, July 19 at 2pm at Meadowview Memorial Park by Rev. Cheryl Hicks. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services at the cemetery.
