Alex Obery, 77, of Foster Road, Henderson, transitioned on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Maria Parham Health. He was the son of Clara Obery Alston.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm, Saturday, June 21 at Rowland Chapel Christian Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing is scheduled from 4pm to 6pm, Friday at Wright Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Fogg Obery; children: Pamela Obery and Dexter Obery; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; three sisters: Bertha Perry, Venise Kersey, and Katie Alston; and one brother, James Kearney all of Henderson.
